¶ Step-by-Step Guide to Accessing Bridge Champ
Remember to keep your login information secure and do not share it with anyone.
If you ever forget your password, you can use the "Forgot Password" option on the platform's login page to ask for a new one
(click here).
¶ Registration
- Visit the Platform Website
Open your preferred browser and go to the login page. - Select Sign-Up
Click "Sign Up" on the left, then choose "Sign Up with Email". - Enter Personal Details
Fill in your first and last name, your Birthdate, a password (twice) and your email address. Names can be up to 36 characters long and may contain accents. Choose a strong password. You must be at least 13 years old to register, and your birthdate cannot be changed later, so check it before you continue. Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click Sign Up.
- Email Verification Code
Check your email for the verification code. - Enter Verification Code
Input it on the sign-up page.
- Confirm Your Username
Accept the auto-generated username or change it to the one you prefer. - Watch the Welcome Video (Optional)

You're signed up and logged in!

¶ Login
To log in, enter your email or username and your password, then click "Sign In".
If you forgot your password, see Password Recovery further down this page.
If you type the wrong password several times in a row, Bridge Champ asks you to wait a few minutes before trying again. This protects your account; it is not a problem with your password.
You can also sign in with Google, Facebook or your ACBL account (in the mobile app, also with Apple): the buttons sit under the Sign In button. ACBL members use their member number and password; see Sign In With Your ACBL Account. Accounts created through one of these sign-ins have no password at first: you can set one under your profile picture, Account, Login Information, and sign in either way from then on. Changes to such accounts (username, picture, deletion) are confirmed with a code sent by email instead of a password.

¶ First Login
After logging in you see the Home page:
- Left menu: Home, Casual, Tournaments, Challenges, Vugraph, History, Clubs and Deal Source.
- Play cards (top): Play with bots, Casual Game, Minibridge, Bidding Practice and Teaching Table.
- Tournaments, Challenges, Clubs and News (centre).
- Friends and Chat (right).
Click Play on the Play with bots card to start a free game with 3 bots, or Play on the Casual Game card to join the waiting list for a table with other players. After each deal, compare your result with others who played the same board. See Casual Tables.
If your account has no birthdate yet, for example because you signed up with Google, Facebook or ACBL, Bridge Champ first asks When were you born? Enter your birthdate to continue. It cannot be changed later, and video chat is only for players 18 and over.
Prefer the old home page? Click the ⇄ icon next to Home and choose Switch. The old home page will be removed in a future release.
¶ Second Login
After your second login, you’ll receive a pop-up asking if you want to subscribe to the Bridge Champ newsletter.
This newsletter brings you exclusive tournament invitations, fresh bridge tips, and new opportunities to sit down and play more hands.
- Click Yes to subscribe.
- Click No if you prefer not to receive emails.
You can always change this preference later under your profile picture, Account, Settings, Subscriptions.
¶ One device at a time
Your account can be connected from one device or browser tab at a time. If you sign in on a second device, or open Bridge Champ in a second tab, you see You're playing on another device or tab. Click Use here to carry on where you are (the other device is disconnected) or Log out to leave this one alone.
If your internet connection drops, a Reconnect button brings you back. After a long time away you may see Disconnected for inactivity and need to log in again.
¶ Password Recovery
Click Forgot your password? on the login page.
- Enter your email or username.
- Check your inbox for the verification code email. If you typed your username, the screen shows the first two letters of the email address the code went to, so you know which inbox to check.
If our emails to your address have been bouncing, sign-up, password reset and email changes tell you so straight away instead of sending a code that never arrives. Write to info@bridgechamp.com and we will sort it out.
- Enter the code on the platform.
- Set a new password and confirm.
- You’re now logged in with your updated password. Resetting your password signs you out of every other device, and each reset code can be used only once. Bridge Champ limits how many security-code emails an account can receive per day, so wait for the code rather than asking again at once.
