Starting a team match on Bridge Champ is straightforward. Follow the steps below to get your team ready for a match.
¶ Accessing the Teams Page
Click on your profile icon, located at the top left corner of the screen. Next, press the "Teams" button in the dropdown menu.
Ensure you are the leader of a team to prepare it for a match. Select one of the teams you lead.
¶ Preparing Your Team
On your team's page, press "Seat Selection" and assign seats for your team members. Once done, press "Ready for Match."
Ensure all your team members are online. An invitation will appear on their screens, which they need to accept to join the team match.
¶ Choosing an Opponent
Once all the team members accept the invitation, the team leader will see a dialog with all the available teams ready to play against, including the Team ChampBot, which is always available for practice matches.
All other team leaders who have their team ready will see your team listed. To cancel your team's readiness, click the 'Not Ready for Match' button.
¶ Starting the Match
Find the team you want to play against and press "Match Now." Change the match settings as you wish, if needed. Add an external director who will be able to monitor the match, adjust scores, and resolve player complaints. Then, press "Start Match" to begin playing.
