¶ New Features
- Minibridge and bidding practice. You can now create minibridge and bidding practice tables from the app, see the players' names when you create or are invited to a table, and see bidding practice results. The Trick Taker and Blind Count minibridge variants are now available to everyone, and hosts of casual minibridge tables can remove players. (3733)
- Replay with bots. Replay a board with bots from its results, choosing your seat and where to start. (3731)
- ACBL-sanctioned tournaments. Play-with-bots tournaments can now be sanctioned by the ACBL and award ACBL masterpoints. (3706)
- Dates and times in your format. The app now shows dates and times in your phone's regional format, in your language, and follows the date and time format settings. (3772)
- Quiz folders. Club teachers can organize their quizzes into folders, and students now find finished quizzes in their own Closed tab. (3760)
- When you play with three bots, singletons and your last card are now played automatically; you can turn this off in the settings. (3727)
- A new optional setting lets you play a card with two taps — the first selects the card, the second plays it — to avoid accidental plays. (3728)
- The claim dialog now preselects all the remaining tricks, so claiming the rest takes a single tap. (3763)
- Tap a player's name or picture in a private chat to see their profile, then follow, message or challenge them. (3721)
- Clubs on a player's profile can now be opened or asked to join, the club owner's profile is a tap away, and club timelines show how many new posts you haven't read yet. (3726)
¶ Improvements
- The app now reconnects on its own after a brief loss of connection instead of returning to the login page, and tells you when you are playing on another device. (3687)
- On a slow connection the app no longer seems frozen on its start screen, and it offers to retry when the server cannot be reached. (3754)
- In minibridge, when your bot partner is declarer, you now choose the contract and play the hand for them. (3722)
- After you finish your boards in a tournament, its results now open as soon as you leave the table. (3746)
- Club members are now notified in the app and on their phone when a new quiz opens in their club. (3652)
- Tapping a "results are ready" notification now opens the results, even when the app was closed or you had to sign in first. (3690)
- The tournament filters now list and sort the same tournaments as the website. (3730)
- The Followers, Following and Friends tabs now all fit on screen without scrolling. (3761)
- Codes we email you can now be pasted into the profile screens in one go, and the code popup no longer closes when you tap its text. (3790)
- Repeated wrong passwords now make the login wait a little longer before each new try, to protect accounts from password guessing. (3735)
¶ Bug Fixes
- Fixed iPhone players no longer hearing, or being heard by, the others at a video table once the game sounds started playing. (3745)
- Fixed video and audio stopping for a player taking over a bot partner's declarer hand. (3767)
- Fixed a rare empty "Error" message that could stay on screen. (3764)
